banana cake

ingredients:

first set

  • 2.3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup pecans (bro­ken)
  • 1 cup dried cran­ber­ries
  • 1 tsp. bak­ing pow­der
  • .5 tsp. bak­ing soda
  • .25 tsp salt

second set

  • 2.5 cup sug­ar
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 2 tsp vanil­la
  • 2 large eggs

third set

  • 1 cup melt­ed but­ter
  • 1 cup but­ter­milk

procedure:

  1. mix the first set: flour, pecans, cran­ber­ries, bak­ing pow­der, bak­ing soda, salt
  2. in a large bowl, mix the sec­ond set: sug­ar, banana, vanil­la, eggs
  3. add the third set: but­ter & but­ter­milk mix well.
  4. add the first set, and mix well
  5. but­ter and dust a non-stick 10″ tube pan
  6. bake at 350º for about an hour
